Introducing our new patient portal – now offering virtual appointments

We look forward to welcoming you back to the practice as soon as we get the green light from Public Health England and the Chief Dental Officer. In the meantime, we are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that the practice is a safe environment and in line with the strict government guidelines. Please be assured that providing a safe environment for both you and our staff is our number one priority.

Alternatively, in light go the current measures, we are now pleased to be able to offer free virtual consultations to all new and prospective patients via our new patient portal.

If you are a new patient, you will need to add your details to register yourself with the practice first.

For existing patients, no registration is required to use the portal. When you visit the portal, you will be asked to enter your name and date of birth, you will then receive a confirmation code to your registered mobile number.  Enter this number when requested and you will have full access to your portal.  Along with booking virtual appointments, you can also:

  • Book a new appointment (once we reopen)
  • Manage/amend existing appointments
  • Update your medical history prior to attending appointment
  • View or pay any outstanding balances
